About the event

For its sixth year, WealthTech Annual returns to Zürich as the gathering where the global wealth-management industry sets its operating-model agenda for the following year. We bring together 800+ practitioners, CEOs, COOs, CIOs, heads of advisory, heads of platform, and the 60+ solution providers whose products they're evaluating, integrating, or replacing.

This isn't a vendor showcase. The programme is built and curated by The Wealth Mosaic's editorial team and a buyer-side advisory council. Vendors who present do so on panels alongside the firms that bought from them, and the firms that walked away.

Tracks

  • Platforms & consolidation, vendor-stack rationalisation, the rise of the all-in-one play, and what really drives total-cost-of-ownership at scale.
  • Advice in production, agentic AI workflows that actually shipped, KYC automation, and the new shape of the advisor's desktop.
  • Cross-border & family office, tax reporting, structuring, and the platforms purpose-built for HNW & UHNW families.
  • Regulation & risk, Consumer Duty twelve months in, MiCA practitioner readouts, and the supervisory pivots ahead.
  • Operations & outsourcing, settlement, custody, cyber, and the BPO economics of running a modern wealth firm.

Who attends

Two-thirds of delegates are buyer-side wealth professionals, discretionary, advisory, and family-office practitioners. One-third are solution providers and consulting partners. Sponsorship and exhibitor allocation is capped so the room stays useful for the people doing the buying.
